"Indian Style Chilly Chicken"

| 2 big pieces of boneless Chicken | (cut into small cubes) | |
| Onion (cut into big cubes) | 1 Big | |
| Capsicums (cut into big cubes) | 5 | |
| Garlic (chopped) | 1 tbsp | |
| Ginger (chopped) | 1 tsp | |
| Tomato Sauce | 1 tbsp. | |
| Soya sauce | 1 tsp. | |
| A pinch of Ajinomoto | - | |
| Oil for deep frying | - | |
| Dried Red Chilies (for garnish) | 10 Fried | |
| Marination | ||
| Maida | 1 tbsp. | |
| Corn Flour | 1 tbsp. | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Soya Sauce | 2 tbsp. | |
| A pinch of Red Color | - | |
| Garlic paste | 1 tsp. | |
| Ginger paste | 1 tsp. | |
| Chilly sauce | 1 tsp | |
| Vinegar | 1 tsp | |
| Salt | ||
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken cubes with the items mentioned for
marination for half an hour; - Deep fry them;
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan;.
- Add chopped garlic, onion cubes and capsicum and fry
till golden brown; - Add the fried chicken cubes;
- Finally, add tomato sauce, soya sauce and ajinomotto and
stir fry for 5 mins; and - Garnish with fried red chilies.
* Serve hot with rice.
