News Corner: Snoop Dogg Dons a Sardaar Look!

Singh Is Kinng, which releases on August 7 by Studio 18 will be a real treat for audiences. The film has been regularly making the news whether it be for the catchy, Punjabi-flavored music or the stylish looks and costumes of its stars. Well, guess what, there's more news about the film…apparently, Akshay Kumar has successfully convinced Snoop Dogg to wear Indian clothes and accessories for the film's title track—in fact, the rapper went beyond his contract and has donned a sardaar look in the film!

According to Vipul A. Shah—the producer of Singh Is Kinng—"Snoop wants to do a Hindi movie with Akshay, as he is really keen on wooing the Indian audiences. The most interesting aspect of the song is that one gets to see two very different styles - Hip Hop with Snoop and Bhangra with Akshay. Their chemistry was worth seeing as they're superstars from two different worlds. To say the least, the video is looking brilliant!"
