Dr. Meshri is the President and CEO of Advance Research Chemicals, Inc., (ARC), a leading US chemical company, which produces all inorganic and organic specialty chemicals, inorganic fluorides and other chemical materials. Advance Research Chemicals provides now quality products with customer satisfaction to over 200 of Fortune 500 companies. He is well known around the world for modernizing laboratories, increasing yields and efficiency, and thus scaling up synthesis from laboratory to pilot plant.

Throughout his more than 40 years of research and business development experience in the multidisciplinary fields, Dr. Meshri has established multimillion dollars chemical markets. As a Chief of Research, Head of the Department, Research Director, President/CEO, Dr. Meshri has been actively engaged in the selection and evaluation of research projects, development and/or improvements of new and existing products; such as electrolytes, cathode materials for high-energy density batteries, and many others.

Dr. Dayal T. Meshri started Advance Research Chemicals in 1987. ARC has become one of the largest Inorganic Fluoride Specialty Chemical Producers in the world. It started with approximately 3,000 square feet and now has over 100,000 square feet anufacturing facility in Oklahoma alone. ARC started with only two employees but currently has over 50 employees in Oklahoma. In addition to the US facilities, ARC has plants in Monterrey, Mexico and research and production facilities in both Mumbai and Hyderabad, India. Mershri says, next year, his firm will be expanding the Hyderabad facility to produce over a thousand kilograms of telomer and surface treatment products per day for worldwide sales. ARC makes over 300 chemicals and also caters to a variety of industries. ARC's first export sale was to the United Kingdom in 1987 and their most recent market penetration was in India in 2005.  

 Dr. Dayal T. Meshri's hard work and innovative approaches to research and business have contributed to several editions of the Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology and numerous books and technical papers, as well as patents. ARC has been in business for 20 years and supplies its several hundred products worldwide. ARC and Ener1 have a strong commitment to work jointly to demonstrate the advantages of lithium batteries based on new cathode materials (ARC) and polymer electrolyte, which both companies believe uniquely meet the needs of the Government and other customers.

 Dr. Meshri was not content with his success in research and business. Supports local charities, including Boy Scouts of America, Catholic Charities, DVIS (Domestic Violence Intervention Services, Inc.), United Way, Sindhulogy, Alliance of Sindhi Association, and many more. He is listed in the “Who's Who in America" and “Who's Who in Information Technology".

 His heart went out to identify and support noble causes. Dr Dayal Meshri gave a hefty donation of $50,000 to the Indo- American Center (IAC), a Chicago based not-for-profit community services organization serving the South Asian immigrant population.The Meshri gift was a very important step in the Center's efforts to fulfill its mission of serving the South Asian community in the Chicago area. He said that he was motivated to help IAC for two reasons. First, he desired commemorating the memory of his late wife Dr Indu Meshri, a scientist in her own right and an educationist by volition. Secondly, Dr Meshri felt that a help to IAC would be a step in right direction in commemorating Indu Meshri's memory. He recently made a $111,111.11 gift to Idaho University to establish the Dr. Indu Dayal Meshri Memorial Scholarship in Geological Sciences in honor of his late wife.

Dr. Meshri is well recognized as an expert industrial fluorine chemist all over the world and coordinates his research with associates in England, France, Georgia, Germany, India, Japan, Russia and Ukraine. He travels globally to deliver lectures to academic and industrial research institutes. He works closely with Oklahoma's academic universities. Recently, he has been invited to join the faculty as Honorary Professor of the University in Dneproptrovsk, Ukraine to promote solar research and new polymers for fuel cells.

 Honors and awards followed him wherever he went. In addition to numerous prestigious academic awards and Fellowships, he was the recipient of the Pravasi Divas Award (India), Bharat Gaurav Award (India), India Glory Award-Gold Medal, the Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal Winner, and Better Business Bureau, "BBB", Integrity Award for Marketplace Ethics. He was the Honorary Chair for ADA, American Diabetes Association. He was the Chairman Business Advisory Council (National Republican Party), Chairman & Founder of International Society of Indian Chemists & Chemical Engineers. He served as an Advisory Member of Space Research Team at Princeton University.
